I requested to buy something but haven't heard back. What can I do?

How do I leave a review for a seller?

Review emails are sent to both buyers and sellers after a sale is made. Reviews can't be submitted before this email. You'll have 10 days to submit your review after receiving the email. That being said, we are working to improve this process.

Can I return a purchase if i'm not happy?

Check with the seller about their return policy before purchasing. If the script doesn’t work as described, we can issue a full refund (see What determines if a script is not as described?).

What determines if a script is not as described?

A script is considered "not as described" if:

  • You received a different or outdated version.
  • The script doesn’t perform as stated.
  • The code contains errors.
  • It's defective on first use.
  • Missing features that were in the listing.
