How can I contact my buyer after a sale is requested?
Go to your Inbox (top right corner) to find all message threads and communicate with buyers directly.
How do I know if the buyer has paid? Can I send the script after I accept?
Since you’re selling a digital good, it gets delivered automatically upon purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe, and for first-time transactions, it may take up to 10 working days. Afterward, payments are processed faster.
The "Sale Confirmation" email serves as proof of payment.
How much does it cost to be part of SkriptMart? How much commission do you take?
It's free to join Skript Mart and list scripts. We deduct a 15% from each sale:
Here is the breakdown:
-
2.9% + 30p (~3%) covers payment processing fees. That literally goes to stripe.
-
Leftover ~12% supports:
- Marketing Efforts: Promoting your scripts via paid campaigns, newsletters, social media, and PR to get you more sales without having to do anything.
- Platform Maintenance and Development: Ensuring a smooth, continually improved experience for both you and buyers.
We appreciate your contribution and are excited for upcoming improvements!
What photos/images should I use for my script?
When selling scripts, high-quality visuals can make a significant impact. Here are some tips:
-
Cover Image: A clean, professional cover with the title and a brief tagline. There are plenty of options on canva.com that you can use. We recommend using images similar to these for the featured image: https://www.canva.com/youtube-thumbnails/templates/, then you can go add more photos of things like:
-
Screenshots of Key Features: Showcase main features, e.g., before-and-after results.
-
Sample Output and Reports: Provide images of the script's generated output.
-
Detailed Process Visuals: Flowcharts or visuals of the script's process.
-
Use Cases and Benefits: Highlight specific cases where the script excels.
-
UI Shots: Clear screenshots of the user interface.
-
Comparison Images: Show before-and-after improvements.
-
Clear and Descriptive Labels: Label screenshots clearly.
-
Professional Presentation: Use high-resolution images and consistent branding.
